It's a NEW month and we are taking back our days!


Here’s 3 simple ways to take back your day!


Many people don’t talk about these things but they are important as well.


Sometimes when people begin their day with social media before they've declared their day to be a GOOD day, they have set backs before noon. Many would start comparing their lives to others, instantly get upset seeing someone that may have hurt them come on their timeline and then their day is quickly turned their day upside down.


We’re declaring our days before we turn on the apps so that our daily declarations override any twisted feelings we may feel.

2. Call or text a friend and say “Hey Galfriend, you remember when we…” and enjoy a memorable moment to reflect on.


3. And lastly what you fill your mind with matters. I found a new love for podcasts. I put them on with my headphones while I'm home and listen to them in my car while I’m riding alone. The right podcast will keep you grounded, uplifted and motivated.
